Dr. Fabio Sangalli is Director of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine and Director of the Department of Emergency and Acute Care, ASST Valtellina e Alto Lario, Sondrio, Italy. He is the immediate Past-President of the Italian Association of CardioThoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (ITACTA), and Italian National Representative in the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (EACTAIC).
